Donahue is a small business owner who most recently worked for Ignite Northwest, an economic development nonprofit that funds entrepreneurs and creates jobs. She is founder of the professional development series Amplifying Women's Voices which aims to increase equity in our community. Donahue was named a Top 20 Women in Business Leadership by Spokane CDA Living magazine.

Statement
I believe together we can build a safer, stronger Spokane by increasing public safety with additional police recruiting and training; a collaborative homelessness approach with increased behavioral health and drug treatment programs; and partnering with developers to increase our housing supply, maximize underutilized buildings and provide incentives to build near transit and services.

I advocate for small businesses and a thriving Downtown. I'm passionate about walkable neighborhoods and improving pedestrian safety with speed reduction near schools, parks, and hospitals. I care deeply about environmental sustainability, and will work to clean our river, keep our aquifer healthy, and increase tree planting.
