Other Professional Experience
Katey is the founder and owner of Executive Function Coaching, LLC. She helps individuals with ADHD and other neurodiverse diagnoses overcome barriers and find personal, school, and workplace success. For nine years, Katey taught for Spokane Public Schools.

Education
Born and raised in Spokane, Katey attended Ferris High School. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Gonzaga University. Katey earned a Masters of Education in Literacy, Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and a Washington State Teaching Certificate.

Community Service
Involved in the Spokane community, helped start the non-profit "Bite-2-Go" which feeds children experiencing food insecurity when they are not in school.

Statement
Katey is focused on increasing public safety, helping the unsheltered, and creating affordable housing. She will support our law enforcement and fire department while advocating for innovative policies that build trust and accountability. She believes that with access, assistance, and accountability Spokane can help our vulnerable populations. Spokane’s housing crisis makes it difficult to find affordable housing. Katey will lead with strategic planning and community input to create a strong infrastructure for the future. Katey is running for this non-partisan position with a focus on local issues that affect the Spokane community.
