1. Eligibility. Membership with EWAFA is open to any freedom-loving patriots, who want to promote their Constitutional cause, However, EWAFA reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership if it is deemed necessary, with or without cause.

2. Rights and Responsibilities of Member Organizations. As a EWAFA member organization, you have the right to access certain benefits. Member organizations are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their organizational information on the EWAFA website by notifying EWAFA of any changes. By using EWAFA services, you agree to abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as these Terms.

3. Volunteer Work. Volunteers for EWAFA events are subject to a separate agreement. Volunteers may be required to complete a background check and agree to abide by specific guidelines and expectations.

4. Intellectual Property. All content and materials on the EWAFA website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, graphics, and videos, are for the use of EWAFA or its licensors and are subject to copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content property developed by EWAFA may result in civil and criminal penalties.

5. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall EWAFA or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use EWAFA services or website. 5. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between your organization and EWAFA, and supersedes all previous agreements, written or oral, regarding the use of EWAFA services.
